I have major performance anxiety when attempting anything patchwork. Don't know what it is....I guess it's because I don't know what it will look like until it's all done. What if I don't like it? I'm planning to make a couple of quilts in the very near future (my first attempt), so I thought I'd start with this scarf to get warmed up. At first, I didn't like it, not at all, but then I wore it yesterday and got a ton of compliments (I'm such a sucker for praise). I do like the pattern, very easy to put together. Patchwork angst
I have major performance anxiety when attempting anything patchwork. Don't know what it is....I guess it's because I don't know what it will look like until it's all done. What if I don't like it? I'm planning to make a couple of quilts in the very near future (my first attempt), so I thought I'd start with this scarf to get warmed up. Oh! I love this! What did you put on the back. I would give you lots of compliments if I saw you wearing this, too.
You're so sweet! I put a fine wale off white courduroy on the back. It's a great pattern...I'd like to spend a Saturday cutting out squares for Katya's birthday quilt. Would you like to come over to keep me company and work on something?
